Cancellation
We can only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please Click Here or contact us via contact@everleaf.us to submit your request.
Returns
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns for refund within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition and with the tags on. Please note that exchange is not currently accepted.
1. Please click here to submit a return request, indicate the item(s) you would like to return, and choose the correct reason.
2. We will review your return request within 1-3 business days.
3. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment.
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- The item(s) can only be returned in the same condition and with hang tags attached.
- Special items & Free Gift are not eligible for return.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-freeleaf products.
