What is The Everleaf Circle?
What are Points?
Points are our way of saying thank you. Every 100 points equals $1 in rewards toward eligible Everleaf purchases.
How do I become a member?
Your Circle membership begins automatically after your first Everleaf purchase. It's completely complimentary, with no membership fees or hidden costs.
How do I earn Points?
You can earn points through purchases and eligible activities such as reviews, completing your profile, email sign-ups, and social engagement.
Can I earn Points on past purchases?
Points are earned on eligible purchases made after your Circle membership becomes active. Purchases made before then cannot be credited retroactively.
How do I redeem my Points?
Sign in to your account, choose an available reward, and apply it at checkout. Your cart must contain at least one eligible Everleaf item.
Do my Points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after the date they're earned.
What's the difference between points earned and points available?
Points earned reflects the total number of points you've collected over time. Points available is your current balance after any redemptions or adjustments.
What if I haven't made a purchase yet?
You can still earn points through eligible activities, such as engaging with Everleaf and connecting with us on social. Once you make your first purchase, your full Circle membership and benefits will be unlocked.
Does it cost anything to be a member?
No. Membership in The Everleaf Circle is completely complimentary, with no monthly or annual fees.
Is The Everleaf Circle available outside the US?
Currently, The Everleaf Circle is available to U.S. customers only. We're working to bring the program to more regions in the future.
What happens to my Points when I return an item?
Your points balance will be adjusted to reflect the return. Any points earned from the returned item will be deducted, while eligible points used toward the purchase will be returned to your account.
